Valley Store

In January of 2004 our factory was busting at the seams and running two shifts. We found a charming brick cottage in the valley that would be the home of our new factory. The space was conducive to retail so we added a front showroom and retail space to accommodate valley and Idaho customers.
With over 2000 sq ft we can have all candy made during one day shift except for Christmas time and a little room for expansion. In two and one half years our sales have tripled and we keep adding new lines!

I am fortunate enough to be tutored by Joseph and Edith Nendl in the fine art of chocolate making. Joe learned his trade from a Swiss Master Chocolatier back in the 1940's in Venezuela. After he received his credentials they moved to the United States where they started their own company making Swiss Pastries and Chocolates. He is passing down his legacy to me so we may share it with you.
Our valley store will be carrying a line of chocolate completely hand made. We will not be using any machinery in our chocolate making.
